SPI Acquires Service Company to Expand Offering

SPI Acquires Black Arrow Solutions on January 1, 2020

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

JANUARY 1, 2020 — Submersible Pumps, Inc. (SPI) completed the acquisition of Black Arrow Solutions, LLC on January 1, 2020, and will now operate the company as “Black Arrow Solutions, a SPI company”. 

“We are pleased to announce that Black Arrow Solutions, LLC (BAS) has been acquired by Submersible Pumps, Inc.,” said Mike Jones, SPI President. “Its superior level of customer service, in which its customers have become accustomed to will be a huge asset to the SPI team. We look forward to what the future holds for us all.”

SPI will retain 90% of Black Arrow’s Employees. David Cox has been named the General Manager for all BAS operations, Ron Woods will be Service Manager, David Beard will be Director-Sales & Marketing, Justen Espinosa is Manager – Rod Pump Shop, and Jorge Caro will manage Flushby Rig 905 and workover operations.
